Costs Other Than the Sales Price / Service Usage Fees

Internet connection charges, communication fees, and data/packet charges required to use the Service (accessing the website, viewing videos, etc.) are borne by the customer.

Timing and Method of Payment

Payment method: Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment may also be made using other payment methods displayed on screen during the purchase process and selected by the customer.

Payment timing: Processed immediately at the time of the payment procedure for the purchase of Paid Coins, or for the registration/renewal of VIP membership (subscription). Note that the actual date on which the amount is withdrawn from the customer's account depends on the membership terms and billing dates of the customer's credit card company. VIP membership is automatically renewed and billed on a monthly basis from the date of registration.

Timing of Delivery of Products/Services

Available for immediate use (grant of Coins, or application of VIP membership benefits/granting of video viewing rights) upon completion of the payment procedure.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital content and services, no returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted for any reason once the purchase/payment procedure has been completed.

VIP membership (subscription) may be cancelled at any time from the My Page section of the website; however, even if cancellation occurs partway through a usage period, no pro-rated refund will be given (the customer may continue to use the Service until the expiration of the current usage period, even after cancellation).
