Notes on Use

Paid Coins are credited to the account immediately upon completion of the purchase procedure on the website.

Except where otherwise provided by law, no returns, refunds, cancellations, or conversion into cash will be accepted once the purchase procedure has been completed.

Please note that if a User deletes their registration (withdraws from membership), or if their account is frozen or subject to forced withdrawal due to a violation of the Terms or similar reasons, all Coins held by the User will be forfeited.

How to Check Unused Balance

After logging in to the Service, Users may check their balance of Paid Coins and Bonus Coins at any time via "My Page" or the "Wallet" (coin balance display screen) on the website.

Protection of User Assets (Asset Preservation)

Pursuant to the Payment Services Act, the Company preserves assets by depositing funds as a security deposit for prepaid payment instruments, or by entering into a security deposit preservation agreement with a financial institution, in an amount equal to at least one-half of the unused balance as of the reference dates of March 31 and September 30 each year. In the unlikely event that the Company becomes insolvent or similar, members may receive priority repayment from such security deposit for prepaid payment instruments in accordance with applicable law.

Policy on Compensation for Losses Due to Unauthorized Transactions

The Company shall bear no liability for any loss arising from unauthorized use of a User's account or password by a third party, except where the Company has acted with willful misconduct or gross negligence. Users are asked to exercise sufficient care in managing their accounts and passwords.

If a User becomes aware that unauthorized use has occurred (or that there is a risk of such use), the User should promptly contact the Company using the "Contact Information" above. The Company will take measures such as suspending the account.
